We associate the phrase with military chants, and is often associated with boosting morale (at least in my, not military experience). And so, all young adults are invited to a zoom call where they can similarly gather to boost morale (especially as the end of the semester approaches).

The Sound-Off is a space for reflection, or just general “I’m really stressed and I need to let out my frustration or I’m going to pop” time. All are welcome to this time to decompress and support each other. For more information and the zoom link, please see the church calendar.
