Children and Youth Updates  Living IT! (Our tween group for 4th through 6th graders) will meet for the first time this season Friday, August 25, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. in the stage room. Phoenix Rising Food Donations  Franconia UMC packs and delivers about 170 bagged meals the 4th Friday of the month to help those with food insecurity have a source of sustenance over the weekend.  Since we pack two meals’ worth of food items per person, we need a lot of food to make this ministry happen.  If you would like to support with donations, please sign up here. You may deliver items to Cokesbury Hall under the long table nearest the kitchen.  If you would…

The youth will be having a lock-in here at the church on Friday, August 18th! What’s a lock-in, some of you may be asking? It’s an overnight event at the church- we are “locked in” for the night; we play games, watch movies, play more games, eat LOTS of junk food/sugary deliciousness… ALL NIGHT LONG.
