Your Chance to Make it Happen: A Night in Bethlehem

Your Chance to Make it Happen: A Night in Bethlehem

The NOW Committee seeks volunteers to help plan our annual “A Night in Bethlehem” – a wonderful tradition where our church re-creates a first-century village on the night our Savior was born. We routinely get 250-350 people from the community attending this event! This year, A Night in Bethlehem will take place Saturday, December 3, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The NOW Committee seeks the following volunteers to work with Susan Ruge-Hudson:

Stall Coordinator – Plan crafts for the different stalls, and help our volunteer-villagers working in the stalls set up the day of the event.

Costume Coordinator – Match volunteer-villagers with costumes from our inventory.

Communications Coordinator – Work with the church’s Communications Committee to get the word out!

Set Coordinator – Plan and help set up big pieces like the central gate, manger, and inn, as well as other village decorations like bales of hay and tiki torches.

If you are willing to help pitch in to support this beloved community tradition, please contact Susan at gro.cmuainocnarf@hcaertuO.

Thank you!
