We are getting close! We need a few more volunteers (shopkeepers for the Jewelry Shop, a second adult for the Tailor Shop, and a Census Taker), as well as some cookie-bakers! If you’re available, please sign up here.
Additionally, we do still need some small supplies (such as gallon jugs of apple cider from Wegmans) – if you are interested in making an in-kind donation, please contact Susan Ruge-Hudson at moc.liamg@eguRLnasuS and she can let you know what we still need.
If you have already signed up to help with A Night in Bethlehem, please pick up your costume this Sunday, November 20th, after each of the church services. Susan Ruge-Hudson will be in the upstairs hallway on the third floor of Cokesbury after the 9:00 a.m. service and Joana Arthur will be there after the 11:00 a.m. service. If you can’t make it this Sunday, please contact Susan (moc.liamg@eguRLnasuS) to schedule a different time.
