We are getting close!  We need a few more volunteers (shopkeepers for the Jewelry Shop, a second adult for the Tailor Shop, and a Census Taker), as well as some cookie-bakers! If you’re available, please sign up here. Additionally, we do still need some small supplies (such as gallon jugs of apple cider from Wegmans) – if you are interested in making an in-kind donation, please contact Susan Ruge-Hudson moc.liamg@eguRLnasuS ta and she can let you know what we still need. We have one last holiday drive, and that is the collection of $25 gift cards that will be provided to the parents of children in need so that the…

Coffee and Conversation

Coffee and Conversation is a group that meets Sunday mornings from 10:15 – 10:45 a.m. in Cokesbury Hall. We watch a short film narrated by Rob Bell, former pastor of Mars Hill Church in Michigan and author of Love Wins. Veterans’ Day Recognition

The sacrifices made by each veteran and their families are much appreciated and we choose this time to honor those among us…

Conversations on Race and Faith

The next Conversations on Race and Faith will be November 13th at 1pm on zoom.  This month we will look at the question of:  What “I Don’t See Color” Really Means.  Although white people may be well intentioned, when you ignore or minimize other people’s racial identities; you are ignoring the reality and impact of ongoing institutional and systemic racism that Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) face daily. “Not seeing color” may come across as, “I’m choosing to…
