A Live Zoom session to discuss 3-B Groups! What are 3-B Groups? (Zoom log in can be found on the calendar, www.franconiaumc.org/calendar)
Well, in 1734, Benjamin Ingham asked Methodist founder John Wesley about methods by which he and his small group of friends could develop a systematic pattern for living a holy life. The rest is (Methodist) history!
Franconia’s Adult Discipleship Plan (ADP) stays true to John Wesley’s recommended methods, and it includes a newly created mechanism for small groups to use in leveraging their particular small group interest into living a holy life in a systematic manner.
We call this new mechanism a “3-B Group,” and it offers methods for the small group to incorporate each of the three categories of the ADP into their group activities.
The Adult Discipleship Ministry Team will host a live Zoom session on 12 February at 5-6 PM to discuss how our disciples can participate in 3-B groups, through either the established groups in which they may now be participating, or via new groups of which they might like to be a part. We invite church leaders and all interested members to attend this meeting. No registration is required, and any questions may be directed to gro.cmuainocnarf@pihselpicsid.
